What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds an additional widget at the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no gaming benefit other than making it easier to see and buy upgrades.

Success Rate

An Upgrade Pity is an item you can purchase from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chances of an upgrade succeeding by some percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items offer however it is more secure. It can be added to any weapon or armor and can be used up to three times.
You can also add additional materials to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. The materials are displayed in a window located above the + button. There are a few limitations. The maximum amount of material you can add is shown directly above the + button.
A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version of it, can be used to increase the chances of an upgrade being successful. This item can be helpful when your piece of equipment or weapon is close to or has reached the top level of its level. This item allows you to upgrade the equipment to the next level without the risk of it breaking.
